1. Step 1
   Setup your Business Facebook account. If you already have a Facebook account, you only need to select a business name. This will give you a separate profile to work with.


2. Step 2
   Add your profile information. dd your business logo or screenshot of your site for the image, include a URL back to your main site, and add any necessary information to distinguish your profile from the rest.
   
   


3. Step 3
   Add interests. Add interests that other Facebook users can find you with; think of keywords that apply to your business, site, blog or industry.
   
   


4. Step 4
   Add your RSS feed. You can enter an RSS feed to the "Notes" section. Click on "Applications" on the left hand side of the page and follow the steps to add an RSS link.
   
   


5. Step 5
   Sell items in the Marketplace. If you're already selling products on your website, add the same listings on the Marketplace section. You can also list items with your affiliate links here.
   
   


6. Step 6
   Increase traffic by linking to quality content. Create pages and notes on your Facebook account that link back to websites with a high Page Rank. Google and other search engines can increase your own PR after they crawl your Facebook profile and find your main website linked to it.
   
   


7. Step 7
   Network with groups and members daily. Maintain an active presence on Facebook so that people can identify with your business, blog or website and keep up with your notes and postings.

• Consistency is important for your success on Facebook; plan to update your profile page, add new links, and network with others in the community on a weekly basis.


• Facebook has over 80 million active users; it's a great opportunity to promote anything to a large audience.


• Don't spam people with irrelevant material; always make sure your efforts complement the group's or person's interests.


• Exercise caution if you're trying to build an affiliate network by recruiting people on Facebook; some people may consider this to be offensive.

Amazing! You can now withdraw your FIVERR earnings from any ATM machines right here in NIGERIA.

Has l was in my cyber room, l just login to my fiverr account just to activate some order that was bought from me, l just discovered that fiverr has now have their own revenue card.

At last, Fiverr has eventually listened to series of complaint that have been coming in here and there from their customer support concerning how to withdraw from fiverr without using PayPal. Especially countries that PayPal have band, which Nigeria was included.



Since that period in time, I think people  have sent several mails to the fiverr support explaining to them the challenges we face as Nigerian since PayPal is not available to us and FIVERR tend to mistakenly block users who withdraw to the same PayPal account… which was the only option we have as Nigerians. I could remember when l send a support ticket concerning this issues them, the was response was…“we are working on it and might soon provide another payment option”.



When i eventually got to know that fiverr has eventually introduced another payment option which will now favour us, i felt so elated and felt a sense of responsibility to broadcast this to you.

You know what this means? You can now receive your fiverr earnings right here in Nigeria from any ATM machine that has the MASTER CARD logo on it.



BELOW IS HOW TO GET STARTED.

Step 1: Login into your Fiverr account. By visiting www.fiverr.com

 

After logging in, you will land on the page exactly as the one above. Look at where the arrow is pointed. Click on the drop down arrow.

Step 2:  You will see  REVENUE  (the last on the drop down menu) Click on REVENUE .

Step 3:   After clicking on REVENUE on step 2 you will land on a page like the one shown below. Click on the FIVERR REVENUE CARD option as shown with the arrow above. It will take you to another page as seen below.

Step 4: You are to click on APPLY NOW as indicated in the arrow below. Just click on it and you will land on another page.

 Step 5:  after clicking on APPLY NOW. You will land on a page like this. Look at the numbering below. I shall use them in explaining each of the sections above.

 1. You are to click on the 1 above and fill in all your personal information. They will send you a PAYONEER MASTER CARD down to Nigeria. So, fill in your correct details just like you will fill an ATM form in the bank.



2. You will be able to proceed to number 2 after you must have finished all the fillings of 1. Above. Fill the sections correctly. There is no big deal.



3. On the 3rd labeling above, you will only be able to fill it after you must have filled 1 and 2 above. This is the verification aspect of the application. They will need your DRIVER’S LICENSE, INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT or NATIONAL ID CARD details here. Fill it in appropriately.

4. 5. and 6. You are to tick all these.



7. Click on it and submit the form.

Once all these are done, that’s it. The card will be shipped to you right here in Nigeria. It’s called PAYONEER master card. This is a company on its own and FIVERR have decided to partner with them to provide us with the card of payoneer so that, whenever we want to withdraw, we can withdraw to this card right from our revenue section of fiverr. Once we withdraw, the money will be right in our pocket/wallet on our payoneer master card.



To withdraw, we just need to stroll to any ATM machine that has the logo of MASTER CARD on it and slot the card inside and withdraw our money in raw naira or dollars. Yes! You can have your money in dollars right from ATM machines.



 Some banks have ATM machines that dispense dollars. At least, i know of GTB and ZENNITH banks. If dollar is what you want to withdraw, you may make enquiry from your bank for any of their ATM machine that has dollars loaded on it. Otherwise, you just withdraw your earnings in naira.



The exchange rate for the day will determine how much your naira will be. Take for example, if you have withdrawn $500 from fiverr and you want to withdraw it on ATM right here in Nigeria, if the exchange rate for the day is #161 to $1.



This means, you will have #80,500 available for withdrawal on the ATM. Well, some transaction charges might apply anytime you use the CARD but, it shouldn’t be more than $2 per transaction.



So, that’s it. If you are still sitting on the fence about partaking in FIVERR, I bet it’s high time you get started. I am a living testimony of a Nigerian who is making good income from Fiverr.com. 5 Money Making Opportunities on Facebook

With the release of its new platform, Facebook’s recent endeavor in social media presents a unique opportunity for marketers, developers and businesses to tap into the social network’s young, active, and viral crowd.

However, over the past few weeks there has been a rising concern among developers to uncover ways to monetize their Facebook applications. The curse of instant online success is that you can no longer sustain expensive servers to support hundreds and thousands (or even millions) of Facebook users. The question: how can the developers of Facebook apps actually make money? We don’t have all the answers yet, but here are 5 suggestions:



1. SELL. Develop applications solely for the purpose of selling them to interested parties. Several applications have already been acquired in this fashion; the most recent example is that of Mozes’ purchase of TextMe.



2. DEVELOP. An indirect source of funds: develop applications under contract for third parties. A number of companies have been posting contract jobs over at the Facebook’s developer forums. There exists a large gap in the supply and demand of available Facebook application developers; as a result, finding potential clients to charge reasonable rates should not be a hassle.



3. ADVERTISING. Use advertisements, cross-promotion schemes and affiliate marketing. It is not feasible to use Google Adsense for this since Facebook does not allow JavaScript embedding. Adsense may be embedded through iFrames, which despite being popular among Facebook developers, is against Google’s TOS. Affiliate marketing is a great alternative to advertisements; my own source of income on Facebook is generated through Amazon’s affiliate marketing.



4. MICROPAYMENTS. Sell services within Facebook through micro-payment transactions. PayPal payments made for accessing premium services could potentially yield reasonable income depending on the application’s purpose, size, and prospective users.



5. GET INVESTMENT. If you think you have something big on your hands and lack the funds to scale it, apply for investment through Bay Partners and others who have expressed interest in funding Facebook apps. This would be the likely course of action for a startup with plans to expand globally within and beyond Facebook.



——————Facebook has a huge active community. It is reported that of the 29 million active users, about half log in each day. This is a rarity among Web 2.0 companies (comparatively, Google Videos has about 3% active users). If Facebook () can convince its users to shell out $1 to send those silly virtual “gift” images to each other, then surely a clever developer or startup can find other approaches to earning money from a Facebook application that do not involve just drowning their users in ads. Due to the pace of innovation over the web, it is imperative that companies jump on opportunities like these as they turn up. LinkedIn () and Bebo () are expected to release their own set of developer APIs as well; I personally cannot wait to be among the first to tap into that opportunity. I advise others to start planning as well.
