- PASSWORD - The password you will be using to login to your account.
- EMAIL - Your correct email (Important)
- DATE OF BIRTH - Your date or birth.
- MOBILE - Your GSM number
- LAND LINE - You can put your mobile here or use another line if you have one.
- HOW DID YOU FIND OUT ABOUT US? - Choose the one that has to do with you from the dropdown list
- SELECT the box to state that you are over 18 years of age. and go to STEP 3 where you click SUBMIT.
STEP 3 - Submit the form by clicking on Submit.
